The short version
Yorktown sits close enough to Williamsburg that most of our York County patients treat the drive as unremarkable — it is a shorter trip than crossing Newport News, and considerably shorter than anything on the south side of the water.
We are a two-provider practice on Jamestown Road, founded and run by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners. The person who assesses you is the person who treats you, every visit. That is the whole model, and it is the reason most of our Yorktown patients came to us in the first place.
There is no Yorktown office. There is one practice, in Williamsburg, that a good number of Yorktown residents drive to.

We run aesthetics and functional medicine in the same practice, so an aesthetic concern with a medical cause gets investigated rather than covered over.
Nurse practitioner-led, not delegated
Both founders are board-certified FNPs, and they do the injecting. You are not assessed by one person and treated by whoever is free.

Two providers means continuity. You are not re-explaining your history at every visit, and the person tracking your results across a series is the person who started it.
The drive from Yorktown
From most of Yorktown the drive is roughly twenty minutes. Route 143 through Merrimac Trail is the everyday route and usually the quickest; I-64 westbound to the Route 199 exits works well from the Grafton and Tabb end of the county.
If you are coming from the waterfront or the Historic Yorktown end, the Colonial Parkway is the pleasant option. It is slower by a few minutes and worth it in the autumn.
Traffic around the Route 199 interchanges thickens in the late afternoon, and Williamsburg fills up on summer weekends and during Busch Gardens season. Morning appointments tend to be the easiest run.

Where our York County patients come from
We see patients from across York County — Historic Yorktown and the waterfront, Grafton, Tabb, Seaford, and the Route 17 corridor.
A meaningful share of them are connected to Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown or the Naval Weapons Station, which shapes how we schedule. Deployment timelines, PCS dates and shift patterns are real constraints on a treatment series, and it is worth telling us about them at the consultation rather than rescheduling around them later. A plan that assumes you will be in town every four weeks for six months is not much use if you will not be.
