What the program actually involves.
Our medical weight loss program is a clinically supervised pathway pairing GLP-1 medications — semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed when appropriate based on your full medical picture — with ongoing oversight, periodic labs, and lifestyle and nutrition guidance.
This is not a transactional medication service. Eligibility, dose, and continuation are decisions your medical team makes together with you based on your history, your current health, your response, and your goals. We screen carefully at consultation; we won't prescribe if it's not the right path.
Side effects matter and we don't bury them. Most clients experience some GI effects (nausea, slow stomach emptying) in the first few weeks; these typically resolve as your body adjusts. We adjust dosing as needed and watch for the less-common but more serious side effects throughout the program.
GLP-1 therapy is most effective when paired with sustainable lifestyle change. Your monthly check-ins include time for nutrition, movement, and how you're feeling overall — not just a refill.
What to expect.
Consultation
60-minute appointment covering medical history, current health, prior weight history, medications, labs needed, and your goals. We confirm candidacy and walk through the program transparently — including realistic expectations, side effects, and pricing.
Program
Self-administered or in-clinic weekly injections. Monthly clinical check-ins to review progress, adjust dose, screen for side effects, and revisit nutrition and lifestyle. Labs at appropriate intervals.
Long-term
Sustained results require continued medication and ongoing oversight. We talk through the long view together — when to titrate, when to maintain, when to consider stopping — based on your individual response.
