Brittany founded the practice to bring personalized, evidence-based care to Williamsburg, the hometown she was born and raised in. VCU-trained and board-certified, she is proud to serve the community that has always been hers.

Elena’s story
Originally from Houston, Texas, Elena brings a unique combination of scientific knowledge, critical care experience, and artistic precision to her work in aesthetics.
Before entering nursing, Elena earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and began her career in research and veterinary medicine. She later earned her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and spent nearly a decade caring for critically ill infants in leading Neonatal Intensive Care Units across the country.
In 2023, Elena pursued her passion for aesthetic medicine, completing advanced training in injectables, laser treatments, and skin health. She combines her extensive clinical background with a thoughtful, artistic approach to create natural-looking results that help her patients feel refreshed and confident. Elena also works as a Legal Nurse Consultant, applying her medical expertise to malpractice and personal injury cases.
Outside of work, Elena enjoys scuba diving, traveling with her husband, weight training, and spending time with her animals. She and her husband moved to the area to be closer to their close-knit Greek family and enjoy gathering with them whenever possible.
Amanda’s story
Amanda, BSN, RN, brings nearly two decades of nursing experience to Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Rappahannock Community College in 2006 and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at James Madison University.
Throughout her career, Amanda has worked across a wide range of specialties, including emergency medicine, cardiac care, plastic surgery, urgent care, and post-anesthesia recovery. This diverse clinical background has shaped her calm, attentive approach and her commitment to providing safe, personalized care.
Amanda first discovered her passion for aesthetics while working at Sona Med Spa, where she performed laser treatments and skin therapies. At Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness, she specializes in IV therapy, wellness injections, laser hair removal, body contouring treatments, microneedling, and Botox. She combines her clinical expertise with a thoughtful approach to help patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their treatment experience.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her three children and cheering them on at their sporting events. She also loves yoga, beach days, outdoor activities, and traveling to different cities to visit baseball stadiums and experience the game in new places.
Trisha’s story

Trish believes the best aesthetic care begins with understanding the person behind the treatment. With 18 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, she brings a practiced eye and thoughtful approach to helping patients look refreshed, feel confident, and stay true to themselves.
Years of working alongside plastic surgeons have shaped her understanding of facial anatomy and her appreciation for subtle, balanced results. As a lead aesthetic nurse injector and mentor, she has guided fellow nurses in advanced techniques, procedural safety, and complication management. In her own practice, she pairs that clinical foundation with careful listening, creating treatment plans that reflect each patient's features, priorities, and long-term goals.
Her passion for bioregenerative aesthetics centers on treatments that work with the body's natural processes to support rejuvenation. Her experience includes Renuva, Radiesse, Sculptra, EZ Gel, and Selphyl, complemented by neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Recognized as a Renuva Elite Injector and a national PDO Max Top 25 Provider for 2025, Trish brings particular experience in regenerative treatments and PDO threads, thoughtfully considering facial support, volume, and skin quality together.
Trish is pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at South University to become an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, with anticipated graduation in August 2027. Following graduation, she plans to continue practicing aesthetic medicine while extending her love for regenerative aesthetics into wellness care, supporting how patients feel as well as how they look.
At the heart of her approach is a lasting patient relationship, one built on honest guidance, clear expectations, and the confidence that comes from feeling heard and understood.
Britni’s story
Britni is a Master Esthetician with more than 21 years of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments. Her career has taken her across multiple states and throughout Europe, giving her a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for evolving techniques, technologies, and treatment approaches.
In addition to working directly with clients, Britni has served as an instructor at an esthetics school, where she specialized in advanced laser education. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals through customized treatment plans, clear education, and a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
Britni was also recently selected as a PRX Ambassador, recognizing her expertise and commitment to advanced skin rejuvenation treatments. She takes pride in building trust with her clients and helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their skincare journey.
Outside of work, Britni is married and the proud mother of three teenage boys. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Carly’s story
Carly Paxton is the Office Manager at Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness, where she helps create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient from their first interaction through checkout.
A Williamsburg native, Carly brings a strong background in customer service and interior design to her role. Her eye for detail, organization, and thoughtful presentation contributes to both the day-to-day operations of the practice and the elevated environment patients experience when they walk through the door.
Carly has also completed hands-on skincare training, giving her a deeper understanding of the services and treatment plans offered at Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness. This knowledge allows her to better assist patients, answer questions, and support the clinical team throughout the patient journey.
Known for her warmth, professionalism, and ability to connect with others, Carly helps each patient feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Her dedication to exceptional service and her steady presence make her an essential part of the Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness team.
