Accessibility Statement

1. Our standard

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the most widely recognized international standard for web accessibility and addresses access for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

2. What we've done

Our site has been built with the following accessibility considerations:

Visual

• All text on the site meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text; 3:1 for large text).
• The site does not rely on color alone to convey meaning — important states (errors, success, focus) are also indicated by icons, text labels, or shape.
• Images that convey information include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked as such so screen readers can skip them.

Keyboard

• All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields, navigation, accordions) can be operated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch.
• A visible focus indicator shows which element is currently selected when navigating by keyboard.
• The tab order follows the visual flow of each page.

Screen readers

• Headings are structured hierarchically (one H1 per page, followed by H2s, H3s, etc.) so screen readers can navigate by section.
• Forms use visible labels associated with each input.
• Buttons and links have descriptive text that makes sense out of context (no "click here").

Motion

• Animations and motion are subtle and serve a functional purpose.
• The site honors the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting. When this setting is enabled, transitions and animations are minimized or removed entirely.

Responsive design

• The site is designed to be usable on a wide range of devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops, and at increased text-zoom levels.
• Touch targets on mobile devices meet recommended minimum sizes (44×44 px or larger).

3. Known limitations

We are continually working to improve accessibility. As of the last updated date above, we are aware of the following limitations:

• Third-party embedded content. Some parts of our site use content or tools provided by third parties (including our scheduling partner OptiMantra, Google Maps, and embedded social media content). Accessibility of those embedded experiences is partly outside our direct control. We have selected partners we believe make reasonable accessibility efforts, but we cannot fully guarantee third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in third-party content on our site, please let us know and we will work with you to find an alternative way to access the information.
