The treatment

Measurement, not treatment.

Most weight measurements miss the point. The scale tells you a single number that lumps together muscle, fat, water, and bone — which is why someone training hard can stay 'the same weight' while their body changes dramatically. Body composition testing breaks the weight down into what it's actually made of: muscle, fat, water, bone — and where each is distributed.

VO2 max testing measures your cardiovascular fitness directly. It's the gold standard for tracking aerobic capacity and has emerged in recent research as one of the strongest single predictors of all-cause mortality. You don't need to be an athlete for VO2 testing to be useful; you just need to be interested in real data about your physiology.

We position this as measurement, not transformation. The tests give you a baseline; what you do with the data is the work. We pair testing with our weight loss, HRT, and functional medicine programs — the data informs decisions clinicians and clients make together.

InBody Scan + Interpretation

$50

Bioelectrical impedance scan measuring muscle mass, fat mass (total and segmental), water, and visceral fat — with a clinician walking you through what the numbers mean and what they suggest for your goals.

Testing can be done as a one-off or as part of an ongoing program. Many clients re-test every 3–6 months to track progress.

What to expect.

Before

Skip food, caffeine, and exercise for 3–4 hours before testing for accuracy. Hydrate normally. Wear athletic-style clothing for VO2 max — closed shoes required for the treadmill or bike portion.

During

InBody scan takes 60 seconds standing on the device. VO2 max involves a graded effort on treadmill or bike with a mask measuring your breath gases — increasing intensity until you reach your physiological max.

After

Clinician walks you through the numbers same-visit. You leave with a written summary. No downtime; VO2 max test is physically demanding but not depleting.
