An assessment is what lets us tell you whether the treatment you have in mind is the right one, and there are treatments we will decline to do on a first visit because the honest answer is that something else comes first. Some straightforward repeat treatments can be booked directly once you are an established patient.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7am to 5pm, Tuesday from 9am to 5pm, and Friday from 8am to 1pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. The early Monday, Wednesday and Thursday starts exist for patients who need an appointment before work.

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee. Life happens, and the request is really that you tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to someone on the waitlist rather than sit empty.

It depends on the treatment, and the specific preparation is set out on each treatment page under what to expect. As general rules: arrive without makeup if your face is being treated, avoid sun and self-tanner for about two weeks before anything light-based, and skip retinoids and acids on the area for several days beforehand. If you are on a blood thinner or have recently had dental work, tell us before an injectable appointment rather than on the day.

A first consultation is the longest appointment and is worth allowing an hour for. Treatments vary from about fifteen minutes to an hour, and anything requiring topical numbing adds thirty to forty-five minutes of sitting before the treatment itself begins. The appointment length shown when you book accounts for this.

Because a figure quoted before anyone has looked at you is not a quote. How many units, syringes or vials a treatment needs depends on your anatomy and your goal, so the published figure is an entry point and the actual plan is confirmed at consultation. Anyone quoting you a total over the phone is guessing.

Cash, check, and major credit cards including tap to pay, at any visit. Financing is available through Cherry and PatientFi, both of which let you check your options without affecting your credit score. The payments page sets out all of it, including how to pre-qualify before you come in.

Our services are generally self-pay. Some lab work ordered as part of functional medicine care may be billable through your own insurance depending on your plan and what is ordered, which we discuss at the consultation rather than assume either way.

It is a deposit rather than a discount scheme. $175 goes into your Colonial account each month and every dollar is yours to spend on any service, with no restrictions and no expiration. The commitment is twelve months; early cancellation requires 60 days' notice in writing and an early termination fee for the remaining months. It tends to make most sense for patients who are already coming in regularly.

Yes, and they can be used against any service. They are available through the gift cards page.
