What it actually does.
IV therapy delivers a customized blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream via a small catheter in your arm. Because it skips the gut, you achieve plasma levels that aren't possible with oral supplements — useful in acute settings (dehydration, recovery) and as a regular wellness practice for many clients.
We offer four signature drips. Each is formulated for a specific purpose: immune support, post-workout or post-illness recovery, longevity and skin support, and pure hydration. We can also customize within reason at the consult.
Honest framing: hydration and acute nutrient deficiency support have strong clinical evidence behind them. Broader 'wellness' and 'longevity' claims have less robust evidence — but many clients consistently feel better after a drip, and that experience is real. We're transparent about which is which.
What to expect.
Before
Eat something light beforehand — drips on an empty stomach can feel woozy. Hydrate the night before if you can. New clients: brief intake at first visit.
During
We start an IV in your arm and infuse the drip over 30–60 minutes. You'll be in our relaxation suite — bring your laptop, a book, or just rest. Most clients say the only sensation is a brief cool feeling as the drip starts.
After
Many clients feel hydrated and clear-headed within an hour. Effects accumulate with regular sessions. Resume your normal day immediately.
