Brittany Ptachick

Brittany Ptachick, MSN, FNP-C, is the founder and co-owner of Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she combines her clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered at every stage of life.

Brittany earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her clinical background spans family medicine, inpatient and outpatient care, research and student health at the College of William & Mary, correctional healthcare, and otolaryngology at Hampton Roads ENT. That range shapes how she practices today: she looks at the whole picture before recommending anything, and she is as comfortable reviewing lab work as she is planning a treatment.

She founded Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness in 2022 with a vision to create a practice centered on personalized care, meaningful patient relationships, and results that enhance both confidence and overall well-being. Alongside treating patients, she built the practice's clinical protocols, consent standards, and patient-safety procedures, and she continues to lead provider training. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine, aesthetics, and wellness into an individualized plan for each patient.

Born and raised in Williamsburg, Brittany is proud to serve the community that has always been home. She is married to her high school sweetheart, TJ, and is a devoted mother. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children's activities, and relaxing at the beach.
