The treatment

Stop guessing how your body burns energy.

PNOĒ is a clinical-grade metabolic analyzer that reads every breath you take during a short, guided effort on a bike or treadmill. From the oxygen you consume and the carbon dioxide you produce, it maps how efficiently your heart, lungs, and metabolism work together — the same technology used with elite athletes, made accessible here.

The headline number is VO₂ max — the gold-standard marker of cardiovascular fitness and one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and longevity. But the test gives more than one number: your resting metabolic rate, the precise heart-rate zones where you burn fat versus carbohydrate, and where your fitness is being limited (heart, lungs, or metabolism).

That detail is what makes it actionable. Instead of generic advice, you leave with your own Zone 2 training range, a metabolic picture to guide weight and nutrition, and a baseline you can retest against in a few months to prove the plan is working.

What to expect.

Before

Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and hard exercise for a few hours beforehand, and come well-hydrated. Let us know about any heart or lung conditions so we can screen appropriately.

During

You'll wear a comfortable mask connected to the PNOĒ analyzer while you work through a gradual effort on a bike or treadmill — starting easy and building. It takes 20–40 minutes, and we guide you the whole way.

After

We review your full report together: VO₂ max, resting metabolic rate, your fat- and carb-burning heart-rate zones, and where your fitness is being limited. You leave with a Zone 2 range and a clear plan — and a baseline to retest against.
