Catherine White

Catherine White, MSN, FNP-C, is the co-owner of Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in primary care and patient-centered medicine.

A native of East Tennessee, Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude from East Tennessee State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. She began her career in the United States Air Force, serving four years on active duty at Langley Air Force Base and caring for the smallest patients in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before going on to manage the base pediatric clinic. She was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain in 2010. Since 2013 she has practiced family medicine in Williamsburg, and she joined Hampton Roads ENT & Allergy in 2023.

At Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness, Catherine brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to aesthetics, wellness, and hormone health. She is known for taking the time to listen, building meaningful relationships with her patients, and creating personalized treatment plans designed to support long-term health, confidence, and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Catherine is married and the proud mother of two teenagers. She enjoys NASCAR, football, a good nap, a well-crafted cocktail, and spending time with animals of all kinds.
