"Injectables" isn't one treatment — it's a family of them. Some add volume immediately, some improve skin quality, and some rebuild your own collagen over months. Choosing the right one for the right area is the actual work, and we do it with you in consultation rather than reaching for a default.
We use neuromodulators — Botox, Dysport, and Letybo — when the goal is to relax movement and soften dynamic lines. HA-based dermal fillers when we want immediate, reversible volume and contour. SkinVive when the goal is skin quality and hydration rather than shape. And biostimulators — Radiesse and Sculptra — when we're building collagen for a gradual, durable result. Often a plan uses more than one.
The through-line is restraint. Refresh, don't replace — the goal is your face on a better day, not a different face.
What to expect.
Before
Skip blood-thinners, alcohol, and aggressive exfoliation for a couple of days if you can. Come with clean skin and an idea of what's bothering you — we'll refine the plan together.
During
We assess, map the area, and select the specific product for the job. Treatment itself is quick; most areas take 30–60 minutes with numbing.
After
Fillers and SkinVive show immediately with some settling over two weeks. Biostimulators build over months — the right benchmark is month 4, not day 1.
