Wellness Injections.

Not for the four signature injections — those are safe for most clients with basic intake. If you're adding wellness injections to a broader functional medicine plan, we'd recommend bloodwork as part of that program.

NAD+ and Tri-Immune typically weekly during an active goal phase. Glutathione weekly to bi-weekly. Lipo-Mino weekly when paired with a weight program. We talk through cadence in consult.

Injection if you want one specific compound, fast, on a regular cadence. IV if you want a broader blend, more volume, and the relaxation of a 30–60 minute infusion. Many clients do both.

Usually yes. We'll check timing relative to anything else on your calendar that day.

Some clients (especially NAD+ and Tri-Immune during illness) feel effects within hours. Others notice cumulative benefit over weeks of regular dosing. Both are normal.

For the populations we treat, yes — at the doses we use. We screen at intake and rule out anyone with relevant medical concerns. Pregnancy, severe kidney/liver disease, and active acute illness are common reasons we'd wait.
