The Neck Trifecta treats the lower face and neck as one connected zone rather than three separate spots. Neuromodulator is placed to soften the vertical platysmal bands of the neck, relax the muscles that pull the jawline and corners of the mouth down, and create a subtle lift through the lower face — often called a Nefertiti lift.
Because these muscles work against each other, treating them together gives a smoother, more balanced result than treating any one area alone. The goal is definition and a lifted look through the jaw and neck — not a frozen or pulled appearance.
This is a neuromodulator treatment, so results build over the first one to two weeks and are temporary. Most clients maintain with a visit every few months.
What to expect.
Before
Skip blood-thinners and alcohol for a couple of days if you can, to reduce bruising. Come with clean skin and be ready to talk through what's bothering you about the neck and jaw.
During
We assess how your neck and lower-face muscles move, map the injection points across all three areas, and treat them in one sitting. Quick, with only minor discomfort.
After
You can return to your day right away — avoid lying flat, rubbing the area, or strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. Results build over one to two weeks.
