PRF & EZGel.
Your own platelets — concentrated into a regenerative gel — for natural-looking facial balancing without synthetic filler.

Mild swelling/bruising 3–7 days
Initial settle 2 weeks · build 2–3 months
Lasts ~6–12 months
Your own biology, not a foreign substance.
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is a more concentrated, longer-acting cousin of PRP, made the same way: a small blood draw, then a centrifuge to separate the fibrin-rich plasma fraction. Where PRP delivers a fast burst of growth factors, PRF releases them slowly over days as the fibrin matrix breaks down — giving a longer-lasting, more sustained effect.
EZGel takes PRF one step further. We briefly heat the PRF to create a gel-like consistency that holds its shape under the skin and continues to stimulate collagen over months. The result is a facial-balancing tool that uses entirely your own biology — no synthetic HA, no animal-derived components.
We use PRF for delicate areas where we don't want traditional filler — particularly under the eyes and at the temples. EZGel handles broader facial balancing for clients who want a filler-alternative approach to volume restoration.
Honest framing: PRF and EZGel don't replace HA filler in every situation. For very precise volume placement or lip enhancement, HA is often still the right tool. For under-eyes, temples, and clients who specifically want their own biology, this is a meaningful option.
What to expect.
Before
Eat something light. Hydrate. Skip blood thinners (Ibuprofen, fish oil, alcohol) for 24 hours if you can. Plan around 3–7 days of mild swelling, especially if you have a big event coming.
During
We start with a small blood draw (similar to a routine lab). The blood is spun in the centrifuge while we prep the face. PRF or EZGel is then injected into the target areas. Total visit 60–90 minutes.
After
Mild swelling and possible bruising for 3–7 days. Skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Initial settling at 2 weeks; collagen-building results continue to build for 2–3 months.
