Important Membership Terms

A 12-month commitment is required, with all treatments to be completed within 12 months of purchase. Membership fees will be automatically drawn each month. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named member. Treatments cannot be modified or substituted. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to the membership terms. In the case of early cancellation, an early termination fee will apply for the remaining months of the membership contract.
