Appointment Policy

Your punctuality is crucial for ensuring the optimal use of your treatment time. Arriving late to an appointment may necessitate rescheduling, as we strive to complete your entire treatment within the allocated time. For a detailed overview of fees, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

To facilitate timely appointments and respect our providers' time, Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness enforces a 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Individuals canceling within 24 hours of the appointment or no-showing will incur a $50 fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Clients with three no-shows or late cancellations will be required to prepay for services at the time of scheduling. This pre-paid amount is nonrefundable. We value our team's time, which is often booked weeks to months in advance. Last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to fill scheduling gaps, and we appreciate your understanding. Scheduling an appointment with Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness implies agreement with this cancellation/no-show policy.

Membership Policy

Memberships are automatically billed monthly with automatic renewal unless canceled by the member. If early cancellation is necessary, an early cancellation fee based on services rendered and the remaining months in the contract will apply. A 60-day email notice is required for early cancellation. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for services rendered, as aesthetic results can vary. While we strive for the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve their goals. For retail products, we do not offer refunds. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
