APPOINTMENT POLICY

Your punctuality is crucial for ensuring the optimal use of your treatment time. Arriving late, especially 10 minutes or more, may necessitate rescheduling, as we strive to complete your entire treatment within the allocated time. CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

To facilitate timely appointments and respect our providers' time, Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness enforces a 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Individuals canceling or no-showing within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Clients with three no-shows or late cancellations will be required to prepay for services at the time of scheduling. This pre-paid amount is nonrefundable. We value our team's time, which is often booked weeks to months in advance. Last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to fill scheduling gaps, and we appreciate your understanding. Scheduling an appointment with Colonial Aesthetics & Wellness implies agreement with this cancellation/no-show policy.

REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds for services rendered, as aesthetic results can vary. While we strive for the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve their goals. For retail products, we do not offer refunds. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
