What is the downtime?
Post-treatment redness is common for up to 24 hours.
When will I see results?
Results commonly become noticeable within 14 days after treatment and improve with time. When treating skin concerns such as melasma and wrinkles, it can take several treatments before noticing results.
Is it painful?
Topical numbing cream is applied 45 minutes before the appointment to reduce discomfort during the treatment.
When can I wear makeup again?
We recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup.
Can I get microneedling if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend receiving clearance from your OBGYN prior to treatment if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines

Avoid sun exposure and burns 24 hours before treatment.

Discontinue topical irritant products (retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic/salicylic acids, astringents, etc.) 24 hours before treatment.

Wait 2 weeks after any dermal filler or neuromodulator injections.

Wait one month after any laser or chemical peel treatments.

Wait 6 months following isotretinoin (Accutane) use.
Post-Treatment Instructions
Day of Treatment

Do not cleanse the treatment area; you may rinse with tepid water.

Do not apply anything to the skin.
Days 2-3

Cleanse skin with a gentle cleanser in the morning and evening.

You may apply hyaluronic acid serum.

Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+.

Bruising, pinpoint bleeding, minor scabbing, minor breakouts, swelling, and/or redness may continue.

Do not pick, peel, rub, scrub, or irritate your skin in any way while it is healing, as this may cause scarring.

Avoid heat, saunas, hot tubs, and sweaty activity, including strenuous exercise.

Do not use an electric or manual facial brush of any kind.

Leave the skin as clean as possible during this time.
Days 4+

You may resume your regular skincare routine as long as the peeling/flaking has subsided
