How do I sign up for the Glow & Go Botox Membership?

How often can I schedule a botox appointment?

Botox appointments can be scheduled every 90 days.

What brands are included with the membership?

Both Dysport and Botox brands are included with the membership

​

What areas are covered by my membership?

Membership includes treatments for the forehead, 11s (between the brows), crow's feet, and your choice of lip flip, bunny lines on the nose, or DAOs (corners of the mouth).

What if I want botox in other areas of my face or neck?

You will receive 10% off any additional areas treated.

Can you tell me more about the chemical peel?

Your Jan Marini glycolic chemical peel, which has no downtime, will be done during your 30-minute Botox appointment.

Can I pay for the membership upfront?

Yes, you can pay for the membership in full upfront.

​

What can I use the 10% discount on?

You get 10% off all additional services and treatments, including lasers, weight loss programs, Sculptra, microneedling, Morpheus, fillers, and more.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

The membership commitment is for 12 months. If you need to cancel your membership early, you must provide a 60-day notice via email. Please note that there is a mandatory early termination fee for each remaining month in the contract.
